In line with these standards, if a client’s needs appear to fall outside the scope of coaching, such as those involving mental health or medical concerns, Paul may recommend seeking support from an appropriate licensed professional.

Every client conversation is treated with the highest level of confidentiality. Coaching notes are kept minimal, encrypted, and securely stored in Standard Notes, a zero-knowledge, end-to-end encrypted platform through which access is restricted even from the provider itself.

Email communication is conducted via Proton Mail, a privacy-first service based in Switzerland that offers stronger protection than mainstream platforms.

These systems have been deliberately chosen so that sensitive information is safeguarded in line with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the ethical standards of the Association for Coaching.
