Paul holds an MBA from Warwick Business School, coaching degrees from the University of Cambridge, and advanced psychology qualifications from the University of Pennsylvania and the Beck Institute. 

His clientele includes high-performers in the US financial services industry, and Olympic and national athletes; among them the Dutch Bobsleigh and Skeleton Team and a Top 100 Squash Tour player.

He combines evidence-based psychological methods with high-performance sports coaching experience to support clients in overcoming mental barriers, strengthening resilience under pressure, and perform consistently at the highest level.
